At Cognexia, privacy is built into our architecture. We utilize AES-256 encryption at rest for all sensitive credentials. Your API keys are decrypted only within ephemeral, isolated execution environments and are never logged to our persistent storage.

When you use nodes such as Gemini, OpenAI, or Discord, we transmit the required data to these providers. These interactions are subject to the privacy policies of the respective providers. We do not sell your execution data to any third parties.
You maintain full ownership of your data. You may export your workflow definitions or request permanent deletion of your account and all associated execution history at any time through the billing portal.
