By accessing Cognexia, you are entering into a binding legal agreement. Please read these terms carefully before deploying any mission-critical workflows.

1. Usage License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Cognexia platform for building and executing workflows. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

  • No automated load testing against our API without prior written consent.
  • No use of the platform for illegal data scraping or malicious bot activity.
  • No attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary runtime or visual builder.

3. Limitation of Liability

"THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COGNEXIA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM FAILED WORKFLOW EXECUTIONS, DATA LOSS, OR SECURITY BREACHES RESULTING FROM THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER FAILURES."

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for any reason, including violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and all decrypted credentials will be purged from our secure cache.
